It acts on your orders -- with your approval
Refund, cancel, and fulfill through one approval gate. The agent drafts the action, an authorized owner or member approves it in Slack, then Archet executes it and records the outcome.
- ✓Refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment default to one-click approval by an authorized owner or member.
- ✓You can opt into auto-approval per action type. Refund auto-approval additionally requires a positive cap, a matching currency, and no fraud signal -- otherwise it falls back to human approval.
- ✓Before executing a refund, Archet re-queries the order's live refund state and rejects on drift, so an approved amount can never over-refund a changed order.
- ✓Every request, approval, and result is written to a complete audit trail.
Returns, exchanges, and inventory writes are not part of this release.
Signed-in order lookup
With Shopify Customer Account login, a shopper does not re-enter their email, order ID, or postal code. The agent reads their real orders through the Customer Account surface and answers on the spot.
Predictable billing on Shopify
Runs on Shopify Billing. Above your plan's fair-use ceiling, excess is billed at 2x the underlying model cost within your period cap -- and your widget keeps answering instead of being shut off. No opaque per-resolution credits.
